Madden's 'Jeopardy! All Stars' Victory
Before David Madden led International Academic Competitions, he was a high-scoring Jeopardy! champion, winning a 19-round-long streak of victories in 2005-2006. Since his initial appearance on the television program, the former quiz bowl competitor has founded the History Bowl and expanded it into an international company that hosts a number of academic competitions alongside wife Nolwenn Léon Madden.

Madden returned to the popular ABC game show this winter to participate in the Jeopardy! All-Star Games alongside teammate Larissa Kelly and team captain Brad Rutter.
'Team Brad' walked away with a victory – and $1 million in prize money. In interviews, Madden mentioned plans to put much of his portion of the winnings into IAC.
Students across the United States will meet to compete in the national finals of Madden’s National History Bee and Bowl this April and June. Best of luck to all contestants!
