Welcome Connie Martin, a new writer for Hexco! She has served as a UIL Academics competition coach for 21 years at San Marcos Consolidated ISD and brings a wealth of expertise in Listening Skills, Oral Reading, Impromptu Speaking, Ready Writing, Editorial Writing, and Maps, Graphs, and Charts. Her students won the District Championship for the past three years, and in 2019, Goodnight Middle School placed first in all grade levels (6-8). Connie is a former UIL judge for Oral Reading, a past presenter for UIL Capital Conference on Meet Organization, a Dyslexia Specialist, and an avid cowgirl who loves to show horses.
