This page is to purchase tests for hosted meets, which is a meet in which other schools physically attend or come to your campus. See terms below. If you are looking for more practice for your immediate team or school only, and other schools will NOT be attending, buy Classroom Invitationals instead. If your school selects dates other than the dates shown, please understand that you assume the risk of shared test content from a previous invitational meet. Hexco encourages fairness by asking all customers to plan early and host invitational meets on the same day statewide.

As your invitational test provider, please note that the copyright for tests covers distribution for the named test date(s) at one physical location only. Scanning and emailing tests are prohibited. Last but not least... don't forget that tests must be ordered 30 days in advance or a late fee of $25 per test will be charged. To avoid this, simply let us know your schedule as soon as you know your invitational dates. You can do this by ordering today and send your purchase order or payment later, but school/district PO or payment must be received by Hexco at least one full week prior to your invitational date or tests will not be sent. When you submit this order, just choose "Pay with Purchase Order" option and then let us know how and when you plan to send your payment in the Comments area when you check out.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL INVITATIONAL TESTS ARE EMAILED THE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR MEET. If you choose a different shipping option for your order, shipping cost will be adjusted at order processing to be accurate if needed.
